Thanks guys, I have also seen the descending triangle with lows of 75, but i'm struggling to find out on a support if 75 sup is broken... Is it somewhere around 63-65 level?

I am looking at 50 as a SUP.
Wonder why its on SELL mode.
Is there something in the near future such as RI :D

The Change in CDBN is more than CDBX
This is the 1Y Chart comparing change in both.

75Rs
60Rs and 50Rs Should things go negative.

Thanks Shark

On top of other things, the ESOS affected CDB downtrend to start (later the general sector issues came into the picture).
Unlike liquid companies such as JKH, when ESOS shares are awarded for non liquid counters without finding a big buyer, those shares gets affected...very much

Other issue is that no sooner the employees got it, they sold it...even at substantial discounts :)

Same happened to SAMP some time back ( However if it happens now, SAMP should have buyers due to the very strong outlook for MT-LT)

I think this is what is happening at the moment with CDB.
The question is will they sell it till Budget :D
75 in my opinion should be our 1st BUY level :-w

Xmart wrote:Well, thanks for the comprehensive chart Shark

In my opinion, CDB is a perfect Contrarian Investment share at the moment. in weekly chart it is making a descending triangle on the base 75. Since overall ASI still remain bullish we can expect CDB to bounce at 75 support but highly unlikely to break recent high of 90 since there are plenty of shares for sale around 80 level. even if ASI break the medium term bullish trend and head toward 6250, value of the counter doesn't change.

in 2015 Q4 CDB ESOP TRUST FUND had 12.5M shares but they have distributed the amount among employees. directors bought 677,927 shares since Jan 2016. there might be a good percentage of employee who understand the value of their company and not willing to sell at this prices, but there are quantities to be disposed around 80. this is another GRAN play, but worrying factor is that CDB is not like GRAN, CDB shares were distributed among vast number of employees.

Cheer!

Thanks XM
I was just pulling out some old posts to understand the downtrend.... It seem very clear with whats happening now.
Thanks Sash and XM *-:)

My concern is ST whether any group is encouraging employees to sell now in order to collect for their proxies and dispose at profit later.
so this could be MT to LT play for retailers.
And patience would be surely rewarded.
Looking at its PER its around LFIN.

Are we heading towards 50 ?

Will 75 act as a WEDGE for an UPSIDE ?

A perfect BUY would be the 50s if MACD could stand the SELLING and indicate a POSITIVE Divergence :D

Its a Possible TECH Target.
Measure HIGH Point and BASE Support we gate 100-75=25

And Substract from BASE SUPPORT which would act as RES once we see a DROP below 75 (75-25=50) *-:)

But shark giving such a target (or support level) makes no sense to me. Can we really believe this can hit 50s? probability is pretty much less..

I bought CDB today a small lot around 2500 shares. But as TC suggested CS should prevail around 75.
Will the CS of those Employees having CDB shares through ESOP prevail :)
