P.S:- I got to know this from my broker. According to him , already some shares have been privately transferred.

Don't know the credibility of the news , Anyone know about this ?

So anyone thought of WATA result once the plantation sector separated. I think Dec quarter result will also be in combination of both palm oil and tea.

I dont think so.. WATA spins off theirTea segment with effect from 30th September 2017.

So Q3 of WATA will come up with Palm Oil.
Tea segments of Q3 should report under Hatan Plantation PLC.

When considering the segmental Analysis of last quarter report ,
Tea had lase 253% profit gain compared with QoQ
But Palm oil had 38% loss compared with QoQ
So still World mkt palm oil prices dropping and imort duty on palm oil reduced.
I also expecting to report Tea under HPL and Palm oil segment will come under WATA.
So How may be the WATA result this time???

If WATA not consolidate the tea segment result then it should see a decline in asset value which effectively lead to reduction in stock price. Am I making sense here

WATA no longer hold shares in HPL (its tea segment) and i believe cannot consolidate. Consolidation should be under Estate Mgt Services (Group which holds both WATA and HPL. NAV should be low (around 10). HPL was valued at 7 and bef.split where price for WATA was 34. Hence current WATA price is already adjusted (34-7 = 27/28). Anyway the share buy back is open and all shareholders will use the opportunity and this will reduce share liquidity which will help WATA to hold on for current price for sometime if report not that bad.

Considering the fact that they had a repurchase offer, is there a possibility of a dividend too??

They have 1.2 Billon cash as per latest financial. Further there is a high chance for higher dividend as holding company (SUN) increase it stake in WATA recently.
