Blood bath seems to be over. feel the market has bottomed out and upward trend should begin from next week onwards

Need more confirmations...... *-:)
So better to be in sidelines :)
until we see ASI directions.

not much hope .... with rising fuel costs certain manufacturing entities to feel the bottom line pressures.

so select your sectors :ymhug: which would have least impact. :-bd

My view is that, as long as large scale foreign selling is there, the potential for market to come down is greater.

I have been advised that market can come down further. This however relates to only the ASI , and counter that are exposed to selling down.

I see this as a great opportunity to build a strong portfolio. May have to take in some losses here and there, for the sake the portfolio reset.

letz wait till ASPI to test 6000/5900

may not see below 5900 in my opinion

havent looked at any upside scenarios lately.....

but indications of some stability around the 6000 mark can not be ruled out in the future..... as psychological 6000 support could hold with improved corporate earnings.

Hopefully it won't test the 6000 mark but it would be good to wait for some reversal signs before entering the market (opinion:)

Maximum 6000.. but i think it will turn at 6050 - 6150 level.. :-bd

Yesterday market closed at ASI 6181 and Market PE dropped to 10.37.. Bank finance and insurance sector PE 5.70.. Bank and finance sector will lead next bull run in CSE.. majority of bank and finance stock are trading at undervalued prices ATM..

Market PE - 10 years

If ASI can come towards 6000 levels is good for a long term up side targeting 2020 elections.

the finance minister is doing everything and more than in his capacity, which is the hope of many retailers now.
past is past lessons learnt hardway for all those who had high hopes.
the mistakes can be known only after we go through.
same way if maharaja come to power who knows this will be a another 88/89 and more sanctions from the europe and us ?
so i would be cautious in that sense.

the finance minister and this unp led govt must do few things right now......

allow the government funds to become active in cse.... not a difficult thing as we speak.
epf etf slic nsb and others..... can play greater role.
few attractive ipos to come through
allow retailers to borrow at lower interest (margin accounts) as special case.
broker compliances to loosen a bit at least till year end or till next april.
bring in the new SEC act and demutualisation to complete with more share to its stakeholders than the govt.

so am sure finance ministry will positively look in, with the way things moving ahead.

its a do or die.

through reliable sources, thing are moving positively, just need to bear for a month or so.

lets give in 2 months, july and august for things in cse and asi to turnaround.

we all remember back in august 2013.....

JINS and PLC started the run...............

so similarly we are looking forward to some chicken run in this time around....... :-bd

one or 2 share runs in the right direction will help restore positive sentiments.

so lets ensure we are in right frame of mind.... and not allow negatives to creep in.

you need couple of runs in tandem to change things around.
