There should be an announcement. Will wait and see. Most likely to broad base ownership, I think.

Vallibel Investments (Pvt) Limited had 30,277,000 shares as at 31/03/18. Their entitlement from the recent rights issue is 12,615,416 rights. Rights issue offer is 5 shares to every 12 shares held @Rs60.

This is a negative move by the company to me.

In fact if the buyer is VONE or a company from the group it should be OK.

But why did they sell it @ such a lower price is the golden question to me

In my opinion this is a very good move for the stock SH. Lets see who is that investor. I hope it would be a non related entity. Fingers crossed.

Talking of VFIN, has no issues with a MACD divergence.
Trading at 68, possibility of a 3Rs upside.
Potential break out of MACD to the positive side.
Lack of Selling interest below 67 noted thus far.
This has to RISE to the occasion very soon.

Bullish signs are visible. Just need the confirmation of the upside Trend to be active/initiate by market forces.

Thanks SHARK. In your considered opinion, what is a very conservative price for it given it’s current financial statements?

For some strange reason VFIN has been under performing, what could be the reason ?

We noticed similar in JINS that was a low PE share considerable period of time. And it rises to the occasion by appreciating from 16 to 30s if we remember. This is a low PER for quite sometime, and is a matter of time to see it move beyond that low PE tag. The share has been giving high dividends YoY regularly, and earning growth is impeccable. A share that should be trading in triple figures in years to come.

Recent Rights Issue would have been the ideal platform and should have made the brokers to introduce VFIN to foreigners. Despite challenging environment the company has shown remarkable growth in terms of topline and bottom line. Very much happy with the progress. A classic entry was triggered around 31 Rs few years ago.

63 will be the post rights minimum price.
Anything below that is a super deal.
asi was near perfect. well done. I was not able to see vfin in the 60s. A good price those who managed the opportunity.

less than 4PER. Last Year started of with AEPS of 18 and ended up around 24.

So if we expect it will close 30% Growth over YoY this time around, we should close the year around 30 min. That translates to 2.3 times of PE. Ridiculous.

As time progresses, make sure you own few grands of these and keep it for the future. Cos when the trend is on our side this share is gonna give back in double treble times. =))
