Brand value n good will amounts need to be monitored for any future impairment assessments. In income statement why is it tax expenses added to profit?

If I exclude the addition of tax expenses 280+ million I arrive at a value around 20rs to a max range of 40rs

BFN has done well for the June Q 16. BFN is a company formed with amalgamation of Orient finance and Bartleet finance. If they continue this growth in future quarters can give investors a decent return.

Couple of weeks ago BFN peaked Rs22.90 levels.

Do your own analysis please.....

Huge selling by one party (i assume First Capital) delaying BFN movement. They should be having less than a million shares now..

Anyway BFN is a LT counter. There can be a few tech buys as well en route.

What is interesting is that COCR and BFN has similar SHAREHOLDER in the name of BG Investments.
Though i am not drawing parallels, between COCR and BFN.
Its worth looking COCR Revenues whilst trading between 10-15 and now with BFN

Simple valuation theory would be .....

NPAT 73 Mil trading @16Rs, so if we expect BFN to grow beyond 30.06.2016 results, then we are expecting 1bagger min in the years to come provided the results grow at constant phase.
