pluses - credit tapering easing, rates coming down, construction demand for properties
negatives - tax increase to 28%, vat on condominiums and apartments
others can add.
so those new looking to buy property related stocks should evaluate and do the homework.
think if you like to differ for few more quarters etc....
I heard that Govt is not going to charge VAT for condos? Is it confirmed?
Rs1.0 up yesterday. Observed large buy orders down the line. Chairman of the company has purchased a large block of shares @Rs11.0 couple of weeks ago.
Dividend is also around the corner.
Even thought the QoQ results are not that great YoY results looks really impressive. EPS stands Rs1.36 for the 09 months ended 31/12/17 against Rs0.67 as at 31/12/16 a growth of above 100% for the year.
In the long run we should think about the overall growth of the company, not the QoQ growth.
Can we expect a good final Q results from MHDL to end the year on a super note?
What is positive in MHDL is 5 of the directors of the company out of 09 are representing the top 20 list. That gives us the message that they are fully confident of the company going forward. Company chairman Mr.U.H.Drmadasa has increased his stake from 5.0mn shares to 29,384,672 shares as at date.
This is really positive signal for the investors of MHDL.
