its look like too optimistic?? :D :D

It too optomistic for KGAL.. i think they can report 15-20 maximum.. :-B

Screenshot (14).jpg

In 2012 crude oil price reached to 120 USD.. :D

from my calculation..(without crude oil price hike,GSP+ effect, production increase)
FY 2016 EPS can be 14-16/-
FY2017 30-40/-

Anyway KGAL will be on track for high EPS once more if crude oil as well as natural rubber prices remains the same.

If you want to hold Palm oil company you can buy NAMU .. RP Plantation have three different companies for tea (MASK), rubber (KGAL) and palm oil (NAMU) .. i think these companies give their priority to only one product.. :D

70 & 80 are Res. Also can be taken as targets. If it break we can expect towards around 115.
(Disc: This's not a buy/sell recommendation. only my personal opinion)

I am expecting KGAL to report PAT close to 250Mn for Q4 something close to KVAL. So the current price is with a PE of 3.9x. Week starting from tomorrow will be very much interesting for KGAL as well as some other plantation companies.

Thanks

An important portion of KGAL's PAT comes from REXP's main subsidiariy RP Latex Foam Ltd which is an associate of KGAL.

Whatever the gains KGAL makes due to rubber price movements will be compromised with the results of the said associate.

Other associate, AINS's contribution in terms of size of the profit share is small.

I expect KGAL has issued rubber to REXP at the same transfer price they issued in the previous quarter. That may be a reason of KGAL not showing the total benefit of increased rubber prices.
