Good call SH !

Hope people such as Fire understands the difference between a "weather report" type analysis (which has actually nothing for the buyer to take) against a courageous call like this.

Note: A Weather report analysis happens when one just mentions both sides without indicating an action (decision is always with the reader to further analyse and take or drop). Weather report analyses covers the writer of any harm as they have mentioned BOTH sides. But there is nothing tangible for the reader.

stocks hunter wrote:As per the BRS report the impact on EPS from tax hike will be around Rs1.41 per quarter. Last Q they produced EPS of Rs3.75.

We can assume the net EPS for future quarters should be around = Rs3.75 - Rs1.41 = Rs2.34

Hence we can't expect LIOC price to go down further......

They have Rs1.25 dividend pending to be distributed in the month of Sep 2016 as well.

Hence becareful about your selling decision.

Tx.

Final decision is yours and don't blame me later....

Sashimaal I don't want to talk about that but u make me talk about it I don't tell him to read weather report but to tell the both side of fact and analysis bear or bull have more control on the cercumtace wt is my complaint is he totally ignore the opposite facts he don't take it in to account I do tell a simple example in my last post if u find it difficult to understand ask me I can give u a link

Of course I know no one can make 100 percent right predictions the famous writer j.pring start his book technical analysis explained (most technicians worship this book as bible) with this phrase
Charles h.dow, the father of technical analysis once wrote words to the effect the pride of opinion caused the down fall of more MEN on wall street than all the other opinion put together

When mkt is in a good position you can observe different kind of persons get activated. Those people have different agendas and different programmes in their mind.

*Some wanted to get the credit for the high rising stocks after posting one or two posts or even without doing a proper study with regard to the industry/company/mkt potential..etc..etc...

*Some wanted to black list people when the stocks mentioned by these people get the attention from the mkt for its pure value at present and for the pure future value.(Stocks don't need forum supports to run. Best eg: ASIR/HHL/DIST/LION/BREW)

*Some wanted to see rapid acceleration in price for the stocks they hold. They used to post couple of posts per day and open multiple threads for their shares.

*Some people who have missed buying discounted shares due to fear/lack of proper knowledge with regard to the industry wanted to buy potential stocks at lower price levels when these shares start acceleration in prices, they used to give very low sell targets for those stocks to create panic and uncertaininty among new comers. XXXX share is value only Rs YYY but the true value of these shares may be Rs YYY + Rs20 or Rs30.

*Some people wanted to push shares with no fundamental value for their personal benefits.

*Some people wanted to bring down strong fundamentally value high DY,high ROE,low D/E shares for their personal benefits.

*Some people target others and rank them as promoters by them selves doing white collar promotions.

Hence protect your hard earned money. Stick to best companies which have

*Low D/E ratio

*High DY

*High ROE

*High ROI

*Low PBV

*High EPS

etc...etc...

When mkt is in the bullish mode even a worst share listed in CSE will get buyers. But better to stick with fundamentally sound under valued companies for your safety.

KAPI - Everybody is talking about a construction boom in the country now. But KAPI is still making massive losses as per 30/06/16. Due to it's low liquidity players are playing with this share and is now over reacted to the so called second stage construction boom in the country.

http://www.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_fil ... 6.2016.pdf

But have no argument with tech players since I mostly go by the fundamentals.

CFVF - Couple of years ago when CFVF was trading at Rs22/share it has massive profits under its belt and later even very low interest regime this ran only up to Rs60 levels if I'm not mistaken.

But now even with lessor profits expecting a down ward interest rate environment CFVF has already ran more than 50% of the previous run which happened under very low interest rate environment.

Hence think twice since we have loads of under valued, discounted shares in the mkt. Mind u still ASI is around 6500 levels and still we have more room to go up.In a scenario like that more opportunities are available for under valued discounted shares in the mkt in future than over heated, over reacted, over valued shares.

This is only my idea and what I simply know is that at end of the day it is the fundamentals that drive the stock prices up continuously.

B-)

People are talking about a second phase construction Boom in the country and push low liquidity KAPI to sky levels.

If we are so keen about the second phase construction Boom in the country what about following shares which also gets the same benefit from that Boom.

*ACL,KCAB,SIRA - double bottom line boost with the construction Boom as well as low raw meat costs in the world mkts.

*PARQ,ALUM,LALU - double bottom line boost with the construction Boom as well as low raw meat costs in the world mkts.

*RCL,LWL,TILE -

*TKYO,APLA,CIND

Almost 99% of the above shares are under valued and have strong fundamental values as well.

Some are using their brain wisely by selecting stocks in different areas such as diversify, banks, construction, hotels and food sectors. There are broad base buying interests on the market today as well. It looks like hotels stocks will get some limelight today followed by other fundamentally sound attractive stocks. We can clearly see accumulation of some stocks in addition to different types of buying by traders and investors etc.
Company, stock market, politics and the economy are four different things.

Those who use their brains and control their minds will gain on anything that's traded.

But its unfortunate that our system allows high profiled rogues with all facility rather supporting a genuine business man. i respect the Payment Hawkers in Pettha than the owners of CITK ,PCH and quite a few listed company owners

@Hawkie, Contra & SH and Others
Appreciate your take on the RAW deal of Group Restructuure Program on CITK and CITW.
How on Earth SEC allow such bad deal for IPO share holders.

Lead Managers and Financial Advisors should be questioned.

Where is the media ? talking of bond scam ....... why everyone is silent.....

i feel those bought shares of CITK and CITW when trading around 3 and 5 levels has some advantage.... :)

will you trust this BoD anymore :D

When mkt is going up you can see many people comes out and try play hero's role by predicting shares. But only few knows even the worst shares move up due the herd effect in a bull mkt.

In a red day like this we should do our own research to find out what is actually happening. For COCR today is a red day obviously after a gain of more than 30% per day yesterday.

So far the biggest drop has come from CTC share. But only 1318 shares traded up to now and counter is down by Rs8.0 to make the mkt in a red mood. Before the quarterly results many are taking max effort to purchase shares at lower prices as possible.

Hence we should use our brain in these type of situations to stay ahead in the mkt than others....

Cheers...

These are the stocks that are putting pressure on the ASI downfall today.

01. AHPL - Down by Rs3.0 on only 2000 shares

02. CCS - Down by Rs13.60 for only 1468 shares.

03. SLTL - Down by 0.70cents for only 1982 shares.

04. HHL Down by Rs1.80 for only 150 shares.

Is this fair?

Path.....

Now it's high time bulls and buffaloes to get active coz some donkeys try to play with bulls and buffaloes......

Use your brain. Protect your hard earn money..........We are in a good footing now than last couple of years.........

CSE should react to these developments sooner than later........... This may be the last dip before the super journey towards year 2017/ 2018....... ASI..8000- ASI 10,000....

Keep in mind..... people who sold stocks due to lack of knowledge are now trying their best to bring the mkt down.... Don't fall in to these traps...... We have highly valued stocks trading at super discounted prices.....

Use your brain please...... Don't allow fear to take decisions on behalf of you......
