What I feel we can have more popular and political related decisions rather that good governess in next 24 months.
Bcz..what happen if they implement followings.

Can they implement price formula..?
Can they listed BOC or any other government bodies in CSE?
PPs ???
ECTA..?
Maththala deal?

All these things further reduce their voting base....

So there may be more actions in commingmonths to keep the power and be popular rather than thinking of the country...

It seems they have specially made it Supertall so they can broadcast their Indian TV channels and influence Tamil speaking people in northern Sri lanka.

Because of it and other towers in South India in northern parts of Sri Lanka until recently, Indian TV channels were cleared than local ones. I read some reports that these TV channels have influenced them so much, little kids in North can recognise Indian PM and leaders but can't recognised SL president or PM!

We can expect some volatility and ASPI might drop towards 6500 and 6400 levels in the week as uncertainty over the local government elections results.

Pre election period CSE was on a bullish trajectory.
Also the longterm resistant channel was broken successfully.
but this could be short-lived.

If 6400 can be held, then the Wave #2 would be intact towards a target 6700 would be possible to complete W#3

I never expect CSE to come down. In fact I expect a green day tomorrow.

Even by any chance mkt comes down it should be for a very short period.

Market downside will be limited or can be green provided
1. 2-3 plantations announce results bef. opening
2. some good reports from Co's/ like CFVF /Banks
3. HNWI try to send a message that MR will be ready for Gvt by pushing prices

As DIAL already announced Div + Good results and expected World markets rising today (as Dow recorded gains FRI) imo downfall will be limited
Today will be a kind of test of maturity level of investors (as even if MR comes it is not a marxist regime and policies will be more or else same except for no more selling assets). I believe foreign investors act calm as many countries have undergone/going similar issues where markets are calm (ex. BANGLA/PAKIS/recent shut down of US).
