Thanks Pathfinder for your views on the ASI as well as some shares. I have some CFVF and COCR and I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

MGT update

Postby PATHFINDER » Mon May 01, 2017 7:07 pm

MGT is a speculative play ATM.Company has not done well during past two quarters. But it moved up because of the anticipation of GSP+.It was not a secret that GSP will benefit MGT.so players bought at low in the view of selling when news hit the floor. That's why there was many sellers after the announcement.
Time will tell how management handle the situation and make use of it,Till that I reckon MGT is ST trading stock.

In charts MGT shows a band between 17 and 18 as a resistance and support as well.So there is high possibility MGT to hit 18 and test in coming weeks.I anticipate much selling inside the band.Once broken it can go up to touch 21.

Thanks a lot Path for the charts and your insightful comments.

With MGT, I think the current price will not be sustained for long as there is greater chance that Q4 report also will come up with bad performance.

Last friday with an almost confirmed news on GSP+, MGT's price performance should have disappointed many traders. We could expect panic sellings this week.

Thanks Path and I also have the similar view.

Also thanks Value as I think you are right on next week's MGT trading. Over three million traded within a price band of 1 rupee so sentiment wise next week MGT will have a hit. Let's see.

PATHFINDER wrote:COCR is a retailer's favorite, but couldn't deliver much return as there was a big foreign seller sold like crazy.Even after that selling there was a seller sold around 44,by looking at foreign participation the latter seller should have been a local.
However this selling below 45 made the counter much liquid than earlier.

Technically speaking 45 is a barrier according to past performances.Fib level lies at 47.80 showing resistance.COCR should reach to next fib of 53 to catch up ASI.
So there is a high possibility for COCR to test first resistance during next week.

I have to say Journey is not easy this time because of high liquidity, every one step will have much sellers.
Unless a very big buyer enter to the arena testing of previous high is remote.

Thanks PF.....
You made a good point, high liquidity due to recent selling by top share holders ...

Lot of liquidity some times add strength to stock as well. For example look at JKH or Dialog. They have slump as well but when the atmosphere is correct then no one can suppress it to a lower price. This is happening with regard to TAFL as someone continue to supress it. GRAN instead faced the same thing but due to liquidity as well as the correct atmosphere it is moving up now.

I just went through what I said on few counters on 30th April in this thread.

CFVF-moving nicely toward my target of 34.50

ALUM-As expected hit 25.40 and on a pull back now

COCR-Still struggling

PINS-Immediate target of 22 achieved and consolidating around the figure as it was over heated.Next target of 24.60 is pending.

First I would like to give technical view of ASI

SnapShot_170709_000537.png

ASI form a double bottom at 6000 and moved till 6700 without a break. At 6700 many expected a correction of ASI by falling couple of hundreds as RSI was overheated. But ASI was not fallen and started to consolidating around 6700 allowing overheated indicators to cool down.

As I see ASI getting ready to take off from 6700 sooner than later to reach next target of 6960 ,But 6800 will act as psychological barrier along the way.

ASIY chart

Postby PATHFINDER » Sun Jul 09, 2017 12:33 am

ASIY has been riding on a bull since March.Bears was trying hard to take it below 10 day MA.
But last week bulls were very active and grab lot of available quantities from sellers.

Without drawing much lines on charts I can give eye ball price target of 2.8-2.9

REXP

Postby PATHFINDER » Sun Jul 09, 2017 12:51 am

REXP was trading in a band for about 1 1/2 years. It was slowly moving up since March.
With buying from RICH it came up from the bottom with a good volume.
It's decent to put a target of 250 as shown in the chart.
A good push after mopping the liquidity around 250 can take REXP to it's past glory.
